Directions : After shampooing your hair apply a generous amount from roots to ends. Massage gently into hair and distribute evenly with fully coverage. 

Cover hair with plastic cap and sit under dryer for 1 hour. Rinse with shampoo twice. Use every 2 weeks for best results.
